What is Airvalon?
Airvalon is a platform for the European aircraft market. Dealers can showcase their aircraft and manufacturers can present their brands and models. Unlike traditional classifieds portals, we focus on the quality of presentation – not quantity.
Who is Airvalon for?
For Dealers
If you sell aircraft – whether new or used – you can list and showcase your vehicles here. Every listing reaches potential buyers across Europe.
For Manufacturers
As a manufacturer, you can present your brand, provide official aircraft images, and collaborate with dealers who sell your aircraft.
What makes Airvalon different?

2. Registration & Login
How do I register?
Registration takes just a few steps. It is important to choose the right role from the start:
- 1 Click "Register" (top right in the menu or via the dashboard icon).
- 2 Choose your role: Dealer or Manufacturer. This decision determines which features are available to you.
- 3 Enter your email address and choose a secure password.
- 4 Confirm your email address via the link we send you.
Important: Choose your role carefully. As a dealer, you can list vehicles for sale. As a manufacturer, you manage your brand and provide official images. Changing roles later is possible but requires some effort.
How do I log in?
After registration, you can log in at any time:
- 1 Click "Log in" (top right).
- 2 Select your role (Dealer or Manufacturer).
- 3 Enter your email and password.
Forgot your password?
No problem. Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive a link to set a new password. For security reasons, the link is only valid for a limited time.
3. First Steps as a Dealer
What should I do after registration?
Before listing your first aircraft, we recommend the following steps:
Complete your profile
Go to your dashboard and fill in your dealer profile: company name, address, contact details, logo. A complete profile builds trust with buyers.
Add your location
Your location is shown on a map. This helps buyers near you find your offers more easily.
Create your first listing
Click "List Aircraft" and follow the form. More details in the next section.
Where do I find my dashboard?
After logging in, you are automatically redirected to your dashboard. You can also access it at any time via the profile menu (top right) → "My Dashboard". There you can see all your listings, inquiries and settings at a glance.
4. Listings & Content
How do I list an aircraft?
Listing an aircraft is simple. Follow these steps:

Enter basic data: Brand, model, year, mileage, price. These fields are required.

Technical details: Displacement, power, color, condition. The more you provide, the easier buyers can find your offer.

Write a description: Tell the story of the aircraft. What makes it special? What accessories are included?

Upload images: Good photos are crucial. Upload at least 5-10 images showing the aircraft from all angles.

Publish: Review everything and click "Publish". Your listing goes live immediately.
Which images should I upload?
Images are the first thing buyers see. Pay attention to:
- Good lighting – Photograph in daylight, not in dark hangars.
- All perspectives – Front, rear, both sides, cockpit, engine.
- Details – Instruments, tires, special equipment, any defects.
- Clean aircraft – A polished aircraft looks well-maintained and sells better.
Can I edit or delete listings?
Yes, at any time. In your dashboard you can see all your active listings. Click on a listing and choose "Edit" or "Delete". When an aircraft is sold, mark it as "Sold" – it remains visible as a reference but no longer appears in search results.
5. Manufacturers & Images
What can I do as a manufacturer?
As a manufacturer, you have special capabilities:
- Maintain brand profile – Present your brand with logo, history and philosophy.
- Manage model catalog – Present all your models with technical specifications.
- Provide official images – High-quality press images that dealers can use.
- View dealer network – Which dealers sell your aircraft?
How do I provide official images?
As a manufacturer, you can upload official press images for each model. These images are then available to all dealers who sell that model. This ensures your aircraft are always presented professionally.
Go to your manufacturer dashboard → "Models" → select a model → "Manage Images". There you can upload images and mark them as "official".
Tip for dealers: When listing an aircraft for which the manufacturer has provided official images, you can adopt them with one click. This saves time and ensures professional listings.
6. Pricing & Payment
What does Airvalon cost?
Airvalon offers different plans – from free to Premium. Exact pricing depends on your needs:
Basic (free)
Basic features to get to know the platform.
Pro
More listings, better visibility, extended features.
Premium
All features, top placement, personal support.
How do I pay?
After selecting a plan, you will receive an invoice by email. Payment is made conveniently by bank transfer. Once the payment is received, your booked features will be activated.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. There is no minimum contract period and no hidden fees. You can cancel your subscription in the account settings. Already paid periods are not refunded, but you can use the service until the end of the billing period.
7. Dashboard & Navigation
What can I find in the dashboard?
The dashboard is your central hub. Here you will find:
Overview
Active listings, views, inquiries at a glance.
My Listings
Manage, edit, delete all your aircraft.
Messages
Respond to inquiries from interested buyers.
Settings
Customize profile, password, notifications.
How do I navigate the website?
The navigation is kept simple:
- • Top bar: Logo (to homepage), main navigation, your profile.
- • Secondary navigation: Aircraft, Knowledge, Safety, Videos, Manufacturers, Contact.
- • Profile menu: Click your avatar image for Dashboard, Settings, Logout.
8. Security & Transparency
How safe is my data?
Your data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and stored on secure servers in Europe. We do not sell data to third parties and strictly comply with GDPR. Your email address is not publicly displayed – inquiries are handled through our internal messaging system.
Why are there no reviews?
This is a deliberate decision. Public rating systems are often unfair:
- A bad review can cause damage for years, even if it was unjustified.
- Anonymous reviews are often abused – by competitors or disgruntled individuals.
- The truth is often more complex than 1-5 stars can express.
Instead, we rely on facts: How long has the dealer been on the platform? How many vehicles have they sold? These objective data points say more than emotional reviews.
What happens if there are problems?
If there is a problem with a purchase or sale, contact us directly. We mediate between the parties and look for a fair solution. This is better than a public dispute in comment sections.
